EXHIBITING AT ISMIR
The annual ISMIR 2003 is the first established international forum for those involved in work on accessing digital musical materials. It reflects the tremendous growth of music-related data available either locally or remotely through networks and the consequent need to search this content and retrieve music and musical information efficiently and effectively. This conference brings together researchers and developers, educators and librarians, students and professional users, working in fields that contribute significantly to this multi-disciplinary domain, to present original theoretical or practical work in peer-reviewed contributions. Past conferences included over 200 participants representing 22 countries.

Exhibiting at this conference presents a tremendous opportunity to reach a diverse audience interested in exploring digital music content. Several means of communication are available including exhibition spaces, distribution of documents about your company, and sponsorship of the conference. EXHIBITION SPACE
Exhibition space will be available and will be located strategically to allow attendees to browse and view exhibits during conference breaks. The space provided will be approximately 12 square feet and optionally have a table, chairs, and high-speed Internet access.

SPECIAL SESSION
Time for a demonstration will be available at the end of the morning or afternoon sessions. Time allotted is approximately 45 minutes with the possibility of organizing refreshments or a cocktail before or after.

DOCUMENTATION INSERTS
Small pamphlets or brochures can be inserted into the bag of materials distributed to all conference attendees. The maximum size for the materials is 8 _ x 11 inches.

OFFICIAL PARTNER
Official partners of ISMIR 2003 provide substantial support to a specific aspect of the conference. Possible areas for partner support include scholarships for student attendance, panel sessions, or a conference meal or reception, though other areas can be considered. Official partners will be mentioned on all communications, including posters, conference program, proceedings, website, and press materials. Exhibition space and documentation inserts are include.
